Welcome to the HEIMAT APP – part of the HEIMAT 24/7 Plattform, operated by Heimat Gastro GmbH, Erlenstrasse 59, 4058 Basel, Switzerland.

1. 💡 General Purpose

The HEIMAT APP provides a digital gateway to our cultural venue Heimat Basel and the HEIMAT 24/7 ecosystem. This includes event listings, ticket purchases, subscriptions, livestreams, blog posts, and community interaction.

2. 📲 Eligibility

To use this app, you must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Some events may have additional age restrictions (e.g. 18+).

3. 🧾 Accounts & Memberships

• Creating an account allows access to exclusive features, including subscription plans (e.g., Comedy Plan, Queer Plan, All-Inclusive, Teen Plan).

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

• Subscriptions are non-transferable and must be used by the registered individual.

4. 🎟 Ticketing and Event Access

• Tickets may be purchased via the app or website.

• Some tickets are included in your subscription plan and will be marked accordingly (e.g., “Im Abo enthalten”).

• Entry may require valid identification and age verification.

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

• By posting or commenting in the app, you agree to follow respectful behavior and refrain from hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.

• The HEIMAT APP supports multiple languages (Baseldytsch-first, plus DE, EN, FR, IT, ES, RU).

• While we strive for accurate translations, the German version is legally binding in the event of a dispute.
